Well, I have had a lot of experience when I crave for manga. I wanted to read the books my classmates were holding but I don't want to cause trouble when something bad happens and I get involved to it. So, I googled read manga online and based on their feedbacks, I was able to list them by how popular it is.
The following above are where I usually read from. But If you get bored because you can't find a good manga, Try this link: http://www.onemanga.com though you can't read much at onemanga, try hitting the "surprise me" link. This is what I used to do. Onemanga WAS the first manga website I ever used, but I think they are having problems because I cannot read my favorite manga anymore. It says "manga not available" :(( but there are a lot of manga there.
Choose Manga Fox. Manga there is always updated !! ;D
